Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, toiletries, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Bank transfer orders are refunded to the original account; Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded as store credit or bank transfer, as agreed with our support team.
